Participation in the contest means that you have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. Contest is valid for the entrants residing in United States of America only.

2. All transaction numbers should be entered in following link: http://on.fb.me/UWeDVj

3. The contest will run from 15th October to 30th November, 2012.

4. All transactions are entitled to enter the draw during the contest period. Outdated and duplicate transaction numbers will be disqualified.

5. The more transaction you make, the higher your chances of winning.

6. Each entry must be submitted with a valid contact details specially e-mail address, phone no & country. Which will be used to notify you, if you win.

7. The winner(s) will be picked through a random computer draw and announced on our Moneydart Facebook page on 5th December, 2012.

8. Failure of the winner(s) to verify their credentials at the time of claiming the prize will lead to a new draw to pick new winner(s).

9. All prizes must be collected within 15 days of the official notification through e-mail.

10. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

11. Winners agree to have their pictures posted on the website and also be used for any other marketing activity that UAE Exchange deems appropriate.

12. No employee of UAE Exchange and the company sponsoring the prizes for the contest is eligible to enter the contest.

13. UAE Exchange reserves the right to amend / modify / delete/ create rules at any time. Such changes will be notified through our facebook page.

14. You must provide proof of identity and the original receipt of the winning transaction at the time of claiming the prize. In the event that the winner fails to provide suitable proof, he /she will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
