On the prestigious function held at the Sheraton Hotel, Abu Dhabi on 4th October, announced
Mr. Y. Sudhir Kumar Shetty, COO – Global Operations, as the winner for the ‘Customer Service Leadership Skills’ Award. Last year, UAE Exchange had won the award for “Best Customer Service Week Implemented Initiative”.

The UAE Customer Service Week celebrations were held from 3rd to 7th of October 2011, in which all the branches and offices of UAE Exchange actively participated. The UAE Customer Service Week STAR Awards programme has been developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) to reward and recognise organizations, government departments and individuals, delivering service excellence across the United Arab Emirates.
The award reiterates the importance of customer service and honoring the people who work on the frontlines serving and supporting customers. It is executed under the Patronage of H.H. Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior, Government of
